Landlords Gas safety Certificate
Whether your a private landlord or a letting agency, we will carry out a full Gas Safety Certificate on all gas appliances in the property. So your rental property will always meet the law with concerns to gas safety.
Please note a CP12 is only a Gas Safety Check and NOT a service. For your safety we recommend a service is carried out every 12 months or with your CP12.
